Is anyone familiar with the Wine Spectator School?

I want to become a Sommelier and want to soak in as much knowledge as I can. This school looks like an inexpensive way to test the waters, but I don't see any accreditations of any sort. I'm pretty sure the Court of Master Sommeliers don't officially recognize this school, but if they can help me gain more knowledge of wine, I'm all for it.

Anyways, does anyone have any experience with this school? Maybe a business owner can chime in and talk about how much weight this school carries?

My wine cellar stay between 55 and 60 deg F all year with very little daily variation. But the humidity is 80-85%. What is the best humidity level for wine storage?

I'm looking to buy a wine refrigerator that can be built in to cabinets. I only want to spend 0 to 0 and am looking for advice. I've heard these can be very noisy and break often.

in line with my daughter's wine making project, the recipe of a citrus wine requires a rose wine, unfortunately, i cannot find one in our place or nearby city. can anyone please suggest a more common substitute that will fit in the recipe?
