I belong to a wine club and I live in Oklahoma. It’s hot here now and my most recent delivery, one bottle you can see the cork starting to bulge out (even so it hasn’t broken through the foil) and the other bottle, there’s a little "syrup" around the foil at the top of the cork. Are these wines now bad? I just wanted to take them to my parents for a really really casual dinner; but I’m wondering if I should bring back up wines, too? Thanks a million! I am getting married next May, and I am having my wedding at an Historic Mansion, and the reception at a winery. I was wondering what kind of food I should have at the reception? I was thinking maybe like a cocktail reception, but I am not sure what kind of food would go with that. Can anyone help me?

I know that Sam’s Club doesn’t offer it on mixed cases, but am wondering if they even give the discount on traditional cases (12 bottles of the same wine). Since Sam’s and Costco offer their wine so cheap, I’d like to know if they honor the traditional 10% discount on cases.

I am having a Wine and Cheese party, and i have figured everything out from the cheeses, to the wines, to the fruit and olives and such that i will serve. However I have hit a roadblock concerning the sort of crackers and the like that I should serve. Can anyone help??

I bought some wine and would like to be build a wine cellar to age wine evenly and smoothly. Right now I just have it in the box in the basement in a closet. I'm also not too sure as to what I can do about humidity as live in Colorado and its very dry here.

Any steps and or suggestions? Websites ?
