I like an occasional glass of wine from the retail, usually less than ten dollars, but I read some of the labels and it advertises no sulfites or “contains sulfites”. Should I care?

Yes, they charged (only a dollar, but the main wine I wanted to taste, a verdehlo, was the one they ran out of. Of course thy didn't run out of the 1 millionth merlot lol. (Actually I think in my state, the law requires some nominal fee for regularly scheduled tastings, otherwise you're limited to holding something like 5 tastings a year.
My BF & I are going to the central coast the 2nd week of March for what will be the first trip to Paso, Napa, SLO for both of us. We've got the hotel situation pretty much under control, but I'm wondering what I might need to know about must-see vineyards, restaurants, attractions, etc. And do we need to RSVP to any of the wineries? What is the average price per tour/tasting? What's the average time spent at each vineyard (in order to figure roughly how many places we can see in one day)? We will be driving from LV, into Paso, making our way up to SF within a week's time and would like to get the most out of this trip as possible, so any suggestions are much appreciated!
I am looking for a good French wine or at least a French vineyard to order from? Native French only please.

I love drinking wine but I only buy it by the case from a private seller here in Germany. Its a sweet white wine and I love it but restaurants dont carry it and I dont know what any other wines taste likeand Im affraid to order something while eating out in case I dont like it. Any advise?
Has anybody heard of mrs wigley rose Australian wine? it used to be in waitrose but is no there anymore and have searched on the inter nut cannot find it anywhere for it to be delivered to the uk.

I just visited a winery and bought a few bottles of white that I know I can chill in my regular refrigerator. The vintner gave me a couple bottles of dry red wine that aren't available to the public, but I won't be able to drink them soon. There are no cool places in my house in the summer. Can I keep these special bottles in the refrigerator, then let them warm up when I'm ready to drink them? Will this affect their taste?
My dream is to own 100% organic vineyards and winery that donates 50% of bottle profits to various non-profits..Is this possible?
