I have all the wine and cheese covered, however, i would like to also have some appetizers that would compliment the evening. I don't want anything that would be too overpowering when we are tasting the wine and cheese but something that will go together and keep the crowd happy. If there are any recipes, does would be good too.
Are there any websites or ideas where i can get any food or beverages in bulk for my wedding. We are doing our own bar with a few liquors and beer. Also making our own food where can you get it in bulk! Any help appreciated!!!
If you don't want to order beer or wine, what is a good "mild" drink to order? I need suggestions for something that is mild or doesn't taste like booze. Fruity is okay, too. It just can't have a strong alcohol taste to it.

I know that you must be 21 to bartend in California, but someone told me that it is legal to serve beer and wine at 18. I am curious if this is true or not.
I am organising a Winery Tour for a group of friends and myself.
We aren't going through a Tour Group operator, we have decided to hire a Bus and a driver and make our own itinery. I have tried searching for a web page that offers "Tips & Tricks" for organising a successful day but all to no avail.
