I just bought a 2004 Novelty Hill Merlot from Columbia Valley.
~harmonious blend of black cherry, raspberry, and mocha flavors comebined with undercurrent of inviting oak.~
I searched their web site wanting to learn more about it, but they only have different wines. Either Merlots from different years, or from a different grape valley. How come? Is my wine rare? How come the one I bought isn’t on there?
can anybody give me a site or video of step by step making of food product like chocolates,wine,etc. i am curious of that how they can maked that what is the process? what i mean is from the beginning till deliveries where chocolates made for? where wine made for? i really like to discover how they can make that
note: i am not build a factory of that kind of thing just curious
Nothing against Napa but it just seems so over-the-top. Any places the wife and I could go with "Wine Tourism" stuff to do but maybe a little more low key than Napa or Sonoma? Or am I mis-reading this and maybe I should give Napa a chance after all.

As the maid of honor, I am planning a wine and cheese bridal shower for my sister. I want it to be very classy. It will be around 7pm during the month of July. How should I store a bottle of unopened wine? I know refridgerator is not the place, is a cabinet ok?
