I am helping friend who owns vineyards and a winery and would like to be able to pour wine at their property. Can they get away with just an on-sale license or do they need an 02 bonded winery license. Any information provided would be greatly appreciated!
I am located in Napa if that helps. I’m more interested in if I can get away with just an 02 license or if I also need a 17 (on-sale permit).
