I’ve never made wine but I would like to make my own wine for my wedding next year. I have a lot of nanking cherries to contribute to the recipe… any suggestions?

NYC: Where can I find winery shop around Park Avenue, Grand Central and Union Square?
Hi folks,
I am going to visit with my friend for dinner. But I am busy working now and am racing to get things done.
I will be travelling around Park Avenue, Grand Central and Union Square on my way to my friend house tonight.
Are there good(and affordable) winery shops along these lines on my way to my friend’s house?
Convenience is important because of timing…
I’d like advice about very good/the best vineyards/wineries in the Santa Barbara area.
I would like a place where we can wine taste for free or cheap ( we are all a bit broke..and I’ve never done this so i don’t know if they are usually free with at least a few bottle purchases, or if you have to pay for wine tasting seperately). We will probably buy a few bottles anyway.
Also, can we bring our own stuff and picnic there? do people do that? is that an additional fee? I’m not sure if we want a tour of the vineyard or the wine making process, buts a nice option to have.
I just don’t know anything. But i do want a nice place with an awesome ambience to have a great time with friends..and hope that it won’t cost an arm and a leg.
I appreciate any advice about specific places in the area. I would also appreciate advice about facts to consider and anything about how things are do
Thanks, but I don’t really need a site with a list of vineyard, I can do that search on my own (i have in fact). I would like some personal experience kind of advice, not a list of available places in the county.
I have just recently gotten a bunch of fruit flies in my kitchen and I know they like the empty beer and wine bottles. I do wash each one when its empty but they are still attracted to it. What can I do or where can I store the emptys to get rid of and prevent them from coming back?
Just curious, how much is the average price for a tasting in Napa?
Thanks in advance.
I should add: I realize Sonoma is a bit cheaper and Mendicino county is generally free. Alas, I’m going with friends who are pretty set on Napa and I don’t think they want to drive the extra 90 minutes to the Anderson Valley (unfortunately).
With Obama’s constant Whitehouse Galas the wine cellar must take a massive staff to keep is stocked and organized.
I’ve searched the web for cheese fondue’s recipes and i can’t find them without using wine or any other alcohol. I’m a muslim so alcohol is against my religion.
So, is it possible?
And could you do me a favour to tell me what the recipe is,if it’s possible?
oh yeah
can you give the brand and the type of cheese you are using
I wanted to order bottles of wine without the label, for my guests, as a wedding souvonier,
does anyone know any websites where i can get these? or if it is even possible to get bottles of wine without the label, and have my own label made?
thank you
