We constantly have problems during crush communicating with people in the wine caves while crushing wine up on an outside crushpad. we need a nextel type device so we can contact the team in the wine caves below as well as allowing them to reach the team up top. Currently, we have to take an elevator up or down to communicate.
I normally just use the wine specified as "cooking wine" but I’ve been told the regular (and even cheap) white wines taste better even in cooking. But, I wouldn’t use a lot at a time, and worry it would go bad while in the refrigerator for lengths of time.
I think the chicken is tossed in flour, cooked in a pan and baked with all the ingredients. I just didn’t know in what order and how to do this. Anyone have a specific recipe or have heard of this?
I know you should definitely spend more than you would on a bottle for personal consumption - or I should, anyway. I usually spend less than on a bottle if it just for me.
How much should you spend if it is for a gift?
Monetary guidelines are very important for this, as there are a multitude of varieties of wine, and you need to have a starting point somewhere.
Is there etiquette protocol on this? I will probably have to bring a bottle of wine to several gatherings this year, and I’d like to know.
Thanks.
