Don’t folks realize it’s what’s in the bottle that counts?
I will be living with a family when I study abroad in Spain. I have been told that it is customary to bring some gifts. One thing I was going to bring is a bottle of wine.
What wines do they prefer in Spain? And what is a good American wine I can bring?

i am writ ting a book that takes place on a vineyard. just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on wine making and or grape growing? This would help a lot. any information you can provide would be both highly useful and appreciated.
I am cutting back on beer and mixed drinks, and I am starting to drink more red wine.
The question is: do you think it’s weird when men order red wine in a bar/club? And is there any other glass I can order it in besides a wine glass?

I’d like to have friends over for wine and cheese. I would like a list of cheeses that would make for a nice presentation and go with white and reds. Anyone?
I heard that many types of fruits could be used to make delicious wines (pomegranate, plums, blackberries, elderberries, cherries)
