I have 3 unopened bottles from 1996 - Vampire Lestat’s Cuvee, Chardonnay and a Syrah (I may be spelling these wrong).They were limited edition and the bottles feature Stan Rice’s art and tie into her Vampire series. One website is asking thousands for something like 5 bottles, but other than that….I haven’t a clue what to sell them on Ebay for. I paid maybe each.

Hello. I am considering going to culinary school but I was told by someone who used to attend it that you have to taste wine. I don’t drink alchohol because of my religion & my health. Can anyone offer me some advice? Is wine tasting a requirement for studying culinary arts? Thanks.
I got someone a cheese and crackers tray with Brie, Dubliner cheddar and Colby Longhorn for Christmas. I would like to give them wine with it. What kind of wine goes well with cheese?
Does anyone have any suggestions for techniques? Mainly what adhesive to use to secure the labels and then what finish to use to make them waterproof. So far I have tried polyurethane, but that turned yellow.

I just recently started going to vineyards and wine tastings and noticed that people only fill up there wine glass a little under half full.., is there a reason for this ? Is it more classy? Tasetful? Etiquette??? Just curious… Thanks!!
