Can kids who go to UK from America drink wine and beer there?
(more descriptive question) can kids from the USA who travel to UK drink alcoholic beverages when they are in the UK or is that not legal if you are a kid from the USA???

Makes no difference where you are from - you are subject to the laws in force in the jurisdiction where you are - and keep in mind that the laws in England are different than in Scotland or in N. Ireland.
