Can the wine of opened bottle be used after 40 days??
I opened this bottle abt 40 days and re-corcked and stored the bottle in refrigerator.
I know this wine cant be drunk, any other use that I may put this wine to??

Without knowing exactly what type of wine it is, I’d not assume it can’t be drunk. Tasting it will be the best way to judge. If you find it unpalatable, it’s still suitable for cooking.
I would recommend that you just throw it away, I wouldn’t take a chance….

In my opinion if it tastes bad you should throw it away. Using it for cooking would be silly because you’re concentrating the flavor of it- if it tasted bad then so will your food.
Do not drink it or use it for cooking. It will be bitter, sour and pretty smelly. The only use I could think of for your wine is to clean the toilets.
An important saying to live by: if you wouldn’t drink it, then don’t cook with it.
