can you ship wine to the Virgin Islands yourself, or is it better to buy from a company and have them ship it?
I want to send wine to some friends in the US Virgin Islands.

Have the company do it. There are a lot of strange rules about shipping booze across state and country lines. Fedex wouldn’t let me ship a case of wine to another state.
Check with a wine company, they will know the guidelines. Not certain of the rules to shop alcohol to the Virgin Islands.
Do it thru the company. They know the importing rules and if any breaks, it can be insured!
