How successful was it? Do you have any tips for how to do it, especially how to make sure the gases in the bottle don’t expand and explode it in the kitchen?

I doubt the labels have any good will left. But maybe labels have to be registered state by state, or there are other government hoops to jump thru that can be bypassed by using a label that has already approved.

This is my business the past 10 years ( Compliance ) and I have 17 years experience in the Wine and Spirit Industry.

and i know there’s a better word than vineyard growers but i cant think of it.
I usually drink Rosé wine (Red Bicylette if you know that kind) and I wan wondering what cheese pairs the best with this wine.. I tried Havarti and Brie and they both work fine but I feel that I haven’t really got the most out of it.. if you have any good websites.. please let me know
