Do any colleges in California offer a wine education program?
I’m in Las Vegas now…I know of the ISG courses..but I was thinking of something more intense and developed. The Master of Wine program is mostly self-study. I was hoping for anything else.

Wine encompasses a lot of things. Are you looking for a course in enology and viticulture? UC Davis and Fresno State offer that major. but are you looking for a master sommelier course? In that case, try a culinary school. Copia has one of the best.
