Most hardware stores. Remember it will take some time assembling the lock on the refrigerator, which consists of drilling holes into the refrigerator, putting clamps on the sides of the refrigerator, and screwing it all together so it is a tight fit and balanced.
If your intent is too keep children out because children love to open and close refrigerator doors, a Fridge Guard Appliance Safety Latch keeps them safe and shut! Latch is easy to install and blends with most refrigerator designs. Keeps children out without interfering with adult use.

DON'T DRILL INTO THE REFRIGERATOR!

They run compressor lines in the walls of most units now so you better know where those lines are before you drill. I have seen more than one wrecked that way.

Locks are ILLEGAL. By law a small child must be able to push the door open from the inside.

That is why almost all refrigerators these days have magnetic gaskets to hold the doors closed. Latches are illegal. Even the "locks" that come with freezers are easily broken with a pull or a push from inside.
