How do I become a monk that makes wine or cheese?
you know those christian or w/e monks in europe that make aged cheese and wine….

I don’t know, but if you go to a monastery in Idaho, you can become a Chip Monk . In Paris, you can become a French Friar!
I would presume that you would need to profess the order in question. I’m sure you can contact them and find out, if that’s what you wish to do.
Well, first you become a monk. Then you make wine. Or cheese.
Join the monks at the St. Meinrad Abbey?
I would think the first step would be to figure out which orders make such things, and then take the steps needed to join that order.

You would need to go to Germany. The monks there make beer.
Move to the Alsace/Lorraine region? Or the Himalayas?
