I’ve had a bottle of Pinot Grigio in there for at least 6 months and need to serve white wine tomorrow, so the other option is putting in a bottle of Chardonnay that I have. Should I offer the Pinot Grigio and just mention that it’s been in there for a while and to let me know if it tastes a little funky because we can switch to the Chardonnay? (I think this particular person likes Pinot Grigio, but I don’t know how they feel about Chardonnay)
The bottle that’s been in there for 6 months is still sealed.
