i have two daugthers and was charged with drug conspiracy and now to delivery class1 am i elegible for tascPR
also my lawyer tells me that the prosecuter dont want to refer me to tasc probation and my lawyer since the begining says hes going to win the case in court a 70 percent chance, i think hes thinking more of him wining a case than looking at the consequences for me. is it that he wants to try to win my case for hes benefit because he can get more clients and more money showing that he won three cases, thats how i got him because he said he won two cases for conspiracy..
i also want to know can anyone with a class 1 drug delivery be elegible for tasc probation??

My dear, if the attorney is willing to take the unethical risk of jeopardizing his clients defense in order to advance his career, then you need a new lawyer.
Be sure that such is the actual case first, and that this is not something you are perceiving because you are nervous about your daughter’s situation.
