I would like to bring back wine as a gift from France, can I? (Legal to drink there, though not here)?
I am going on a trip to France and would like to bring back a bottle of wine or two for my family. I’m not of legal age to drink here in the U.S. but I am legal to drink there. Will the bottles of wine be confiscated at the airport or am I allowed to have them?

Nope, U.S. airports aren’t cool with alcohol on or being transported through the airport. Your best bet is to just ship some while you’re still in France.
You’re not allowed to have them after leaving French airspace. No ins, and’s or butts
1) you cannot bring liquids on the plane, so you will need to place them in your luggage - make sure to pack them well!
2) yes you can. Customs do not police age limit

its fine if you put it in the check in bags
No, since 9/11 it is illegal to car alcohol in American airports. Plus, more than likely since you are underage here, you would not be able to carry it. The best way to get the wine is to mail it to yourself, but that’s really expensive. Best bet is to enjoy it there.
