In Texas, how many hours per week should a small winery consider as full time? Is 30+ right?
We own a small winery and have 10 employees that work less than 40 hours per week. 2 average 28 hours per week and 8 average less than 20 hours per week. I was told that in the restaurant business because you are on your feet all day, companies typically set their full time status to 30 or more hours per week. I am trying to be fair but would like to get some input.

Normally forty hours a week is considered full time, I dont think it would be different in texas than anywhere else,whether the firm is big or small.
