Is anyone familiar with wine clubs?
Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to join a wine club? I'm referring to having a few bottles randomly selected and sent to you each month. Has anyone done this, recommendations? Thanks.

Every Wine Club is different.
I have belonged to several over the years and what I would recommend is choosing a few wineries that you enjoy - and joining their clubs.

I used to belong to Viansa Winery's solo Rosso Tuscan Club. It costs $68 a month plus shipping. They are based out of Sonoma, CA. When I lived close, I was able to simply go to the cafe and pick up my monthly sampling. Now that I have moved back to the east coast I discontinued my membership and am also looking for a new club to join.

I've never joined this club, but I loved V. Sattui wine when I was in California. They say they offer club membership from $38 to $92 depending on the selection that you make.

You also have to be sure that your state allows you to have wine shipped to you through the mail. Certain states forbid it, and you can't have wine shipped from out of state to you.
ex. We CANNOT ship to the following US States: Florida; Georgia; Indana, Kentucky; Louisana; Maryland; North Hampshire; Connecticut; Rhode Island; Nevada; North Carolina.
It should be somewhere in the fine print of the wine club you decide to join. I remember a friend from Arizona couldn't have Virginia wine mailed to her. So she had to drive it across herself.
