Is it ok to store blush wine and white wine in the refrigerator?

   Yes. The proper drinking temp is 45 degrees anyways, and most refrigerators are between 37 and 45. So, you can just take the wine out and serve it as is.

   Yes, in fact due to the serving temperature of white wine it is much easier to store it in the refrigerator rather than keep it in a cabinet like most people would do with red wine.

   YES, Store dark red wines in room temps. My friend lost alot of weight drinking white wine spritzers.

   Yes, they’re supposed to be served chilled, not cold.

   Chilled in this case means not right from the fridge but about 10 degrees Celsius. In other words, take it out of the fridge about 15-20 minutes before you serve it.

   Yes, you can. Just take it out about 20 minutes before serving so that it warms up to the correct drinking temperature.
