		<description>Yes. The proper drinking temp is 45 degrees anyways, and most refrigerators are between 37 and 45. So, you can just take the wine out and serve it as is.</description>

		<description>Yes, in fact due to the serving temperature of white wine it is much easier to store it in the refrigerator rather than keep it in a cabinet like most people would do with red wine.</description>

Chilled in this case means not right from the fridge but about 10 degrees Celsius. In other words, take it out of the fridge about 15-20 minutes before you serve it.</description>
