Is it possible to suddenly develop an allergy to alcohol?
I’ve always enjoyed a glass of wine every now and then. Yesterday, I bought a wine that was new and on offer at the supermarket. Right after I took had the wine at dinner, I started sneezing and my nose got stuff all night. Now, there are now hives on my hands. Is it possible that I suddenly developed an allergy to alcohol??? Or is just because the wine’s cheap?

You can actually become allergic to anything at any time. I learned this after I had a bad reaction to
something I used everyday. I was surprised when my doctor told me this.
Because you have hives I would ask a doctor or pharmacist.
