Is this legal?? (Delivery of alcoholic beverages)?
I am starting a delivery service of food and groceries. Is it legal to also deliver alcoholic beverages (beer, wine or spirits)?

yes it is legal
As long as you have the legal age and you do it inside the country I think it is.
beware u sell to under age and ur in a lot of trouble and also every company should have some type of insurance and it would be wise to take it up with ur insurance company.
It may depend on where you live. You’ll have to check with your local government laws.
it depends what is ur age
I am TABC Certified (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commision). In Texas where there is what is known as "dry" Counties that do not sell or serve alcohol, you have to have special licensing to transport and deliver alcoholic beverages. You need to check with your state and local laws before you do anything. Some areas have limitations on the amount you can have in your possesion at one time. There are still some bootlegging laws in place that can really get you into some trouble. Research somewhere other than Yahoo Answers, because the judge will not care if the Yahoo community told you it was ok!
