Making wine with normal grapes and bread yeast?
Can I use grapes from safeway and bread yeast like Red Star to make wine? How can I make wine using such ingredients?

The wine will be nothing like you expect. It will taste very weird.
Grapes for winemaking are not table grapes. The yeasts are not bread yeasts. Yeasts have flavors and tolerances that are specific to winemaking, breadmaking and such.
I encourage you to try a winemaking class or read a book. They really are very different.
