It will taste very weird. Grapes for winemaking are not table grapes. The yeasts are not bread yeasts. Yeasts have flavors and tolerances that are specific to winemaking, breadmaking and such. I encourage you to try a winemaking class or read a book. They really are very different. The wine will be nothing like you expect. It will taste very weird.
