I just want to know from the world which country they think makes the best wine. I believe South Africa is one of the best and I am not just saying this becuase I am South African but becuase I truly we are the best winemakers.
Also, are there any US vineyards that produce it?
I want to sell wine by the bottle in gift baskets or maybe just by the bottle as a gift. They will be sold out of MO, and will only constitute about 10% of my sales. I need to know if I need a liquor license to do this and if so, what classification of liquor license will I need. Also if you know all this…How much will this cost?

I’d like to send my mother in law some wine as a holiday gift. I live in Pennsylvania and I know it’s not legal to have wine shipped in, but can I ship it out? If so, is there a specific service that is better to use such as FedEx or UPS?

I have a few different wines that I use to cook with. I currently have them in a wine rack in my kitchen. Should they be refrigerated? Or are they fine where they are at?

I also want to make a website based on the experiences in starting out and would like to add the database to it. Worst case, I can take hand written recipes and create the database.
