I want to import wine from another country so that I can distribute it to other stores, but I don’t know the legal forms I have to fill out.
Please don’t just tell me to go to the TTB website I tried that and there are a billion forms.
Which forms do I need to fill out the state and the Federal, give me websites or specific names please, not just : " OH man you need to fill out a ton of paperwork!" I already know that.

I’m throwing an engagement party for my sister. There will be 45-55 people there. I’m serving wine, beer, and rum punch (plus water and soda). How many bottles of wine should I buy? And cases of beer? Should I figure 2 drinks per person plus a glass of champagne for the toast?
I am going to Tours France coming from the Ohio/Michigan area and I am supposed to give the lady gifts for allowing me to stay with her. I’m not sure quite what to get her though? I got her wine glasses from Libby Glass (Toledo), Bigby’s Coffee (East Lansing), and MSU shirts. What else? Thanks or your help!
After years of constant formats, and losing valuable work and information, I have completely had it with Microsofts pathetic software. I of course plan to one day upgrade my recording studio to Mac computers, however thats not an option at the current time due to this depression were in. Most of my studio software is Windows software and I would love to keep using it due largely to the fact that ive spent lots of money on it and also because i’m so familiar with using it. I dont have a lot of time to learn any new software because I have paying clients. I am familiar with Ubuntu and using Wine but I could never get any of my software to work with Wine, its very limited with software it supports. Another OS ive seen is Ubuntustudio, but im unfamiliar with how it works. Anyone have any suggestions???
My wine club that sends me wine every couple months seems to have accidentally sent me some extra wine at no charge to me. What obligation do I have to return it? Can I keep it, and what, if anything, could really be done if I did?
I’m wondering about this from a legal standpoint. If I don’t return it, by law could they charge me for it? Sue me?
love wine and know a lot about it. I want to open a small wine boutique of wine, cheese, and probably chocolate. Maybe some wine tasting a few times out of the week.
I guess I just need to find out how many people like wine here where I live.

I recieved a bottle of red wine from France as a gift about 8yrs ago and I have no clue about its quality or value. I tried to research on google and couldn’t find anything. It’s called: Chateau Pontet - Teyssier Saint Emilion Grand Cru 1999 12.5 vol. 750ml. Any info on this bottle would be very helpful to me. Thanks….
Are there any schools online or in CT/ NY area that offer this? I would have to go part time and would be a commuter.
