Does anyone know where to find a good wine AND cheese tasting journal?? i’m not even sure if they exist, i can only find wine journals. If not, where can I find a good cheese journal? thanks 
Only in the Roman Catholic faith we truly believe Jesus in present in the Eucharist, and that all other Christian religions, the communion and wine are just symbols of Jesus. is that correct?
As Catholics, we fully participate in the celebration of the Eucharist when we receive Holy Communion. We are encouraged to receive Communion devoutly and frequently. In order to be properly disposed to receive Communion, participants should not be conscious of grave sin and normally should have fasted for one hour. A person who is conscious of grave sin is not to receive the Body and Blood of the Lord without prior sacramental confession except for a grave reason where there is no opportunity for confession. In this case, the person is to be mindful of the obligation to make an act of perfect contrition, including the intention of confessing as soon as possible (canon 916). A frequent reception of the Sacrament of Penance is encouraged for all.
For Our Fellow Christians
We welcome our fellow Christians to this celebration of the Eucharist as our brothers and sisters. We pray that our common baptism and the action of the Holy Spirit in this Eucharist will draw us closer to one another and begin to dispel the sad divisions which separate us. We pray that these will lessen and finally disappear, in keeping with Christ’s prayer for us “that they may all be one” (Jn 17:21).
Because Catholics believe that the celebration of the Eucharist is a sign of the reality of the oneness of faith, life, and worship, members of those churches with whom we are not yet fully united are ordinarily not admitted to Holy Communion. Eucharistic sharing in exceptional circumstances by other Christians requires permission according to the directives of the diocesan bishop and the provisions of canon law (canon 844 § 4). Members of the Orthodox Churches, the Assyrian Church of the East, and the Polish National Catholic Church are urged to respect the discipline of their own Churches. I have this recurring dream that I am pregnant. Its been going on for years. Even when I was in the middle of my teen years. But I never lost my virginity until I was 18. I still have this dream every once in a while but not very often anymore that I can remember. (I have a horrible memory as it is. Remembering dreams is even harder.) I don’t think I’ve ever finished the dream though. It use to be that the dream would go further every time I had the dream. But I never got to the point where I actually had the baby. I have been married for 6 months today and my husband is in Afghanistan. I don’t think I’ve had the dream since we got engaged which was 9 months ago. Which is how long we had been trying to have a baby before he left. What does this dream mean? And then I just stop having it when we started trying??

A couple of months ago I had a dream that I was driving intoxicated. I would never ever in a million years ever do that. I’m usually the one who makes sure that nobody does this. But in my dream I’m driving my uncle’s car, who I lived with when my mother died when I was 12. This is the car I learned how to drive in and took my driving test in. In my dream, I’m driving this big suv and its pitch black outside and I come to a four way stop and I think I accidentally passed it and it was terrifying because I saw a cop car so I went straight through the four way stop and my headlights weren’t on so I tried to turn them on and the switch for the headlights was the switch for the headlights in my husbands car, which is the car I drive, and they wouldn’t come on. So going straight through the four way stop, I tried to park in an apartment neighborhood but I couldn’t see and after my headlights wouldn’t turn on the whole dream went dark like black and I couldn’t see anything in my dream but I was still trying to park and then I woke up. It was so weird. I just remember being TERRIFIED when I woke up. I woke up feeling how I felt inside my dream. I’ve only had this dream that one time. It was so bizarre. Any thoughts?
And Number 3.
Last night I had a dream that I was looking for a bottle of red wine. I like red wine. I don’t drink white wine but I have tasted it before. In my dream there were no wine glasses but I was looking through a lot of wine bottles. Most of them seemed to be white wine. But I was looking for red wine. But every time I found a red wine and picked it up, it had turned into white wine. I don’t think I was at a vineyard or a winery. One of the places I was looking could have been a wine cellar maybe? I’m not sure. But all I remember is every time I picked up a bottle of red wine it turned into white wine. By the end of the dream I was trying to pick between two bottles of red wine that hadn’t turned all the way into white wine yet but I wanted them to stay red wine. So weird.

I received a Japanese Sake wine as a gift four years ago, and I haven’t opened it yet. It is sealed with a metal-aluminum, not with a cork.
Ideally, I would like to partner up with a current wine company to assist with the obvious tasks of wine making, bottling, and legalities. With thousands of wines currently on the shelves, I think my idea would most certainly boost sales for any brand in the pre-stated price range. I think my idea would hit a wide target base for the average wine drinker. If not, I was wondering if there was a way to buy blank bottles from an established brand leaving only the necessary text to comply with regulations. Any help where to begin would be greatly appreciated.

I wish to migrate to Ubuntu 8.04, because I think it would benefit my programming education, and I would get some needed computer literacy skills, but I believe I’ll have problems with Linux from the first time I booted the Live CD - no, it’s not about my files - I don’t have much to migrate:
1: Are there Linux versions of Adobe software? Will I be able to use Photoshop?
2: What’s the difference between a GNU freeware CD Burner and a shareware version of Nero? Will I be able to do the same actions with Linux as I will with Windows?
3: Does Linux have problems connecting with WiFi? I’m used to the Windows Vista Wireless connection setup application, so to me, I don’t know any other way to connect than just press a few buttons.
4: Will I have the same ease of use with Linux as I will with Windows? Will I be able to play DVDs and CDs? Will I still be able to use iTunes?
5: What are the limits of WINE? Can I run World of Warcraft, .exe files, and Second Life?

I know that you can’t order wine and have it shipped to Alabama. But, can you send someone in a different state wine from Alabama? I’d like to send some homemade wine to my family for Christmas, but is that even legal?
