		<description>well red should be kept at like 45~58 to maintain its integrity. but when you drink a port you can put ice in it to really let the flavor come out. i would chill it about a half hour before the club gets there in the fridge just to give it a slight chill.</description>

		<description>Red wine shouldn't be room temp.  It should be chilled to 55 degrees.  If it is too cold then the true flavours of the wine aren't tasted or appreciated.</description>
