I am creating a wine bar/restaurant concept and I have some ideas but I wanted to know what things I can add or do to differentiate it with other places.
The bar is mainly focus on offering a wide variety of wine (good quality) with some dishes complementing the different wines offered. Its going to try have a wine cellar ambience and stuff.

Going to be in Paris then wanting to travel from January 3-8th with my girlfriend. We really want to go to wine country. We love the great food, wine and ambience of the Napa Valley region. What area comes close to that or probably bette than that? Thanks.
Do you have advice about very good/the best vineyards/wineries in the Santa Barbara area?
I would like a place where my friends and I can wine taste for free or cheap ( we are all a bit broke..and I’ve never done this so i don’t know if they are usually free with at least a few bottle purchases, or if you have to pay for wine tasting seperately). We will probably buy a few bottles anyway.
Also, can we bring our own stuff and picnic there? do people do that? is that an additional fee? I’m not sure if we want a tour of the vineyard or the wine making process, buts a nice option to have.
I just don’t know anything. But i do want a nice place with an awesome ambience to have a great time with friends..and hope that it won’t cost an arm and a leg.

Thanks, but I don’t really need a site with a list of vineyard, I can do that search on my own (i have in fact). I would like some personal experience kind of advice, not a list of available places in the county.
