We love certain vineyards, but cannot get their wine at our location. We would like to order a box of twelve, but would like an assortment of wines. We have been told that when you order wine from a producer, you can only order a box of the same type. Is this true?

I have the small shack in Bravil and have just gotten the rack assortment package with weapon racks and wine racks. Is there a way to put your weapons on the rack? Or to but potions and wines in the wine rack? When i try dropping stuff near it, the weapon just spawns somewhere else in the house.
