I’m currently fermenting a really simple wine made from agave nectar. Fermenting is supposed to take only 2-3 weeks, after which I’m supposed to "rack" the wine, or leave it to sit for months. Can I drink the wine before racking? Is it safe? Does it still have an alcohol content?
Bottom Line: Is the wine safe (and alcoholic) after fermenting for 3 weeks, with no racking time.

I am having this wine refrigerator built into my cabinets under the countertop. So the bottom line is that it will only be open on the front side. Do I need a special one for this and do you have any recommendations for something that will hold 30-50 bottles? If you have a great website for research that would be great too. Thanks.

i recently put ubuntu on my pc thinking it would be cool and fun for something new….but now i soooo friggin hate linux im at the point where im ready to shoot the pc and the developers of linux …nothings about linux is easy, why should i have to download more software (wine) and learn coding just so i could use the software i wanted to use,, i want windows xp back … and don’t even bother telling me windows is full of viruses (those you can get rid of) …lol cuz linux in my opinion is a virus thats very hard to get rid of. any ways bottom line i just want linux off my pc …
