I’m interested in planting a vineyard and I am unable to decide between two grape varieties. I need some advice on which variety of grapes I should plant: Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
I don’t care whether the grapes are from the Temecula Valley AVA or not. I’m interested in Zinfandel, Port, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz (Syrah), Petite Sirah (Durif), and Meritage (Red Blend). Thanks!

In certain places like Wiki and wine websites they are capitalized, but in other places, like my dictionary and other websites and here they are not. Some of the wine names look natural in lower case, in my opinion. Are both uses valid?

I want to know, what is the difference between cabernet and cabernet sauvignon? I can’t find anything on the internet about cabernet by itself. My restaurant offers cabernet red wine.
If cabernet and cabernet sauvignon are the same, than why make that difference at all? Are cabernet and cabernet franc also the exact same? No, because cabernet franc is best drunk when young.. ? ANyone?
