I left Minute Maid fruit punch in the fridge for a few weeks, and now it tastes like wine! Is it possible that it fermented? And is it okay to drink?

I’m visiting my cousin at college tomorrow and I thought I should bring a little thank you gift for letting me hang out there for a day and a half.
I found the wine coolers in the fridge and they don’t have a name on them. they look cute so why not? They can’t be my mom’s, the alcohol level isn’t strong enough for her
I received a terra cotta wine chiller as a gift, which is great because I do enjoy my wine, problem is, I don’t know how to use it! People have told me to soak it in water before putting it in the fridge (or freezer) but others have told me just to put it in the fridge. Have any of you ever used one and if so, which is the best way?
I get boxes of wine sometimes and am friendly enough to offer her a couple glasses. Well, my mom came to take care of me while i was ill last week and bought ME a new box of wine. Since i was on antibiotics i had to wait until i got well to drink. well, we told my roommate she could have some! All was fine when she had a number of glasses of wine one night, then she had her and her friend fill up huge to-go cups of the wine so that she didn’t have to spend as much on drinks at the club that night. That infuriated me, but I didn’t say anything. Now, last night, she had friends over and took it upon herself to use my wine in her cups instead of beer for at least one round. Once again, I did not say anything, as not to start shit in front of her friends. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!! any opinions?
rebecca w: we told her she could have some (that night) not the entire existence of the wine box?
It just sucks because i did not want to have to share my wine with her from now on. she’s not even 21 and i like knowing i have wine in the fridge, who knows how much of it she drinks.
I have just received a white bordeaux wine. I would like to let it age for a couple of years. I don’t have any special wine cellars or refrigerators so i’m using my normal fridge. I have also let it on its side so the cork is moist.
My question: is it ok for it to be in a normal refrigerator like that? (It is at 43 degrees F). Also will the low humidity really affect it? Also there is an air bubble in the wine bottle, is that normal or is that bad?
I am decorating my kitchen with a itiliano/olive garden feel. I want cooking wine, small wine racks, exotic olive oils, lots of earthy tones like olive green, cream, and sand. I want to know some great ideas for my theme. I also wanted all the countertop appliances and such to be olive green b/c that is my base color. Kitchen-Aid used to have a olive green color in their set of hand mixers, blenders, toaster, and microwaves, which is, of course, now that I want it, gone. Where can I find three things: great decorating tips and tricks for the kitchen (theme in mind or general), where can I find olive green appliances (no fridge, stove, or freezers countertop appliances and accessories only), and where can I get theme specific ideas or help? Any help would be so appreciated as I want the kitchen done before we renew our vows
My mother have in her refrigerator SEVERAL remaining unopened bottles of wine that were not used in a party and the bottles are now occupying needed space of her fridge. Since we don’t usually drink we don’t know if its okay to leave them at room temperature after being in the refrigerator.
First, is there yeast in sparkling fruit wines? I always get a headache and I’m allergic to yeast and when I do a web search it seems yeast comes into the picture in every heading but I can’t find specifics. Second, how long do the cheap, i.e. blueberry, strawberry, etc., seasonal local wines last in the fridge. I love the flavor despite the headache but I opened a bottle that was 1 1/2 years old and it just wasn’t as sweet as it had been. Thanks as I’m obviously not a wine person, I like it to taste like Kool Aid!
will it freeze in the fridge ?
thx
