I love wine. When I was 13, i used to find these purple berries and I would crush them and put them in bottles in hopes that they would turn into wine. The berries were probably poisonous. But anyways, I never got to see if it was wine because it froze when I had them in the garage. Also, another bottle exploded all over my room because the cork shot off of it one day.
So, you know how they have all those wine cellars (such as this http://wine-storage.biz/wine_storage/images/wine-cellar-database.jpg) where all the bottles are put on the racks?? Are these bottles fermenting?? Or do they never let them ferment in the glass bottle?
Can someone give me tips on how I can make my own wine in a traditional style without getting too much into the mass production and bucket using methods (that are like cheating) that people use when they buy like a kit or something?

Dolores Promesas Brand is a well known recognized clothes brand in Spain and the idea is launching a ‘fashionable wine’ in England. I work for the wine company which has the copyright to promote their wines with Dolores Promesas images.
i downloaded wine so i could open windows files and i keep getting a error saying this is not a executable file, also i tried downloading linux based software and it still gives me errors it opens a bin location and no where does it say setup or application just images and a bunch of other crap, i heard all the good things about linux but im starting to think its junk
In recent years a huge number of new brands have hit the marketplace, often with entertaining names.
The best (most creative) I’ve seen are "Fat Bastard" and "Mad Housewife," both with similarly entertaining images on the label. Have you seen any particularly memorable wine labels or brand names?

I assume that some/most of you are more enlightened in this matter then me, so you can just educate me what should work best. I would be using it for entertainment/educational purposes, so software does not have to be stable release.
Software should work at least one of following OS:
* MS Vista
* MS Server 2003
* Ubuntu(or +help of wine).
End result will be stored in Youtube or Metacafe so I’d like it to record at least 27-30 fps feed on 320×240. Screen casting software does Not have to record sound or decompress video feed.
I prefer using open source and free software, but paying small fee of 100$ is also fine.
I like You to recommend me software I should get. In that recommendation please include for what the software is actually good for (like - high average … fps, can record opengl, can zoom while recording, clear images after compression, supports … output formats, etc.).
