I live in India where the outside temp is 30 degrees celcius in summer. i usually store the red and white wines in my wardrobe and when the A\C is on at night its cooler in the room. cant afford a cellar & there is no place in the refrigrator for so many bottles. will my wine get spoilt in the heat ? The cabinet is dark and the room temprature should be around 25 degrees i would imagine.
two white and two red varietals is what i am looking initially.also planning to set up a winery in India. Will need a good wine maker who will be interested in taking up the projects.
