I work at Olive Garden and sometimes people are so rude! We have to offer wine to every guest! If we don’t we could lose our job. . . .
Before i can even finish saying hi people cut you off and say no I’ll drink coke, and the other person will say they don’t want anything.
FYI water still counts as drinking something so don’t wait till i come back to say you want water that was a unneeded trip that I now have to make.
My job contract ends next week, and my boss is a very kind lady who I consider a friend, and I wanted to get her something nice, particularly some wine.
I didn’t want to spend more than for a bottle of wine, but I want it to be classy and worthy of giving as a present. I don’t drink alcohol myself, so I’m rather clueless about this!

There is a patented process that is also top secret that is used to blacken wine bottles already. Blackening lets an empty bottle appear full, which is good for display bottles or sample bottles to bid on a labeling job or an etching/handpainted wine bottle project.
There is an observation that the smell of a blackenend bottle is something similar to shoe polish. I’m interested in knowing another way that I might blacken an individual small bottle every so often.

I was the only server in the morning, so it was me and the cook opening and preparing for the day. I handled the whole floor, taking food and drink orders and serving food, and it was often very, very busy. In the afternoon, worked with other waitresses Also handled beer and wine deliveries. Just wondering how to word this. The job i’m applying for is not in food service but I want to show that I am able to multitask, work quickly and under pressure, am good communicating and friendly with people, and able to learn new things quickly. The format of my resume is name of the job. and then bullets for each duty.
I recently got a job at a 5-star, fine dining restaurant as a server. They offer over 200 wines but I don’t know much about wine or fine dining. Their training program isn’t as comprehensive as I assumed it would be so I need to find an additional way to learn.
