So…we are on a budget and wine bottles were free….would it be weird to use a clear wine bottle with labels removed with a single hydrangea in it on wedding reception tables ? (there would also be scattered votives and bottle/vase would be sitting on a centerpiece mirror..
I am mocking up a wine with some labels that I have made for a school project but I want to make it look very professional so i have to put in some consideration like there are a definitely differences between red and white wine.
The shelves are rusting and many of the labels on the wine are getting mold on them. I have checked and no bottles are leaking. Any advice on how to fix this myself or how to reach customer service?
I have recently got into making wine at those "do-it-yourself" wine places, There are a few in my area. No, the wine is not as good as a bottle that you can get for .00 at the liquer store. But some of the wines are pretty good and for an average cost of .00 per bottle its a really good deal.
So when you’re saving up old bottles, what is the easiest way to remove the labels?
Some come off really easily, with very little effort. But some are very stubborn. Most of the label comes off and then you’re left with a sticky residue.
Any suggestions?
We have decided to give mini bottles of wine with personalized labels for our wedding favors. I found a website (weddingwinefavors.com) that looks like a good place to order them, but there are just way too many to pick from and I”m no wine expert. How do I even begin to choose?? Any advice is really appreciated!
Does anyone know of any wineries in the Boston area where you can make your own wine and then print your own labels for the bottle? Also, I’m not interested in making 1-2 bottles, I’d be making about 45 bottles (for wedding favors).

Once I turn 21 in september, I plan on taking a "Wine Studies" class at a university. I plan on taking this class because I want to make a transition from busboy to waiter or even professional waiter. From the course description, it includes how to pair food and wine, read and understand labels, wine regions, tastes, and more. So would this class help to become a waiter in a fine dining restaurant?

I need to find a site/company that has labels 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 for personalization. I went on mylabels.com and others and i can only find 3 1/2 x 4 as the largest. Does anyone know where i can find the size i need??
Saw bottles of Louis Jadot wine. One of the labels just said Beaujolais. The other label said Beaujolais-Villages. Same price, same year, 2009. Just wondered, what is the difference?
I found the Beaujolais to be a bit more pleasant, but both were very good!
