can u keep wine and unspoil it in teh freezer? sounds stupid since i never have heard of anyone doin this, lol.

Basically: I’m 21 and have little to no experience with this, lol. I spent my teen years drinking wine coolers and Blue Moon at parties with friends- that’s basically the extent of it. I was recently at a club where someone offered me a drink. I said no thanks, but in actuality would have liked to accept- I just have noooo idea what to order.
I want a dry wedding, but I know that won’t go over great with 90% of our guests (which in a small wedding makes a big difference lol), so my groom and I thought about just offering a couple selections of wine, as well as a signature eggnog cocktail (a recipe we got from Martha Stewart).
Would this limited selection be better then a dry wedding, or would it be better just to offer no alcohol?
Would an eggnog cocktail be too "Christmasy" if the wedding was in February?
I should add some details: I am the only one in my family who does not like eggnog, and most of the guests are from my family. Since I don’t really drink anyways, this shouldn’t be a problem lol. I also don’t want beer at my wedding.
I think of drinking champagne or wine as a bit more classy…i’m guessing sports bars don’t really offer champagne or wine, right? would it be weird to drink champagne if everyone else is drinking beer? lol also…about how much is a glass of champagne? what’s your fav kind? are there any strawberry flavored kinds?
I just found out a great co. where I can buy excellent wines from unknown vineyards (Napa origins and from Italy) the prices are great. I would finally be able to stock my wine depository, without breaking me. However, I have to host parties, I ended up becoming a rep!…..LOL
We are going out Saturday night and I am always afraid to order wine with my meal for fear they will ask me questions that I can't answer like a specific kind or that I'll end up getting some crazy expensive glass of wine. What should I say when I order. I just want a cheap glass of red wine (but don't want to say that when I order!)
