I’m going on a cruise and want to take beer and wine in luggage. I’ll be flying into San Diego and would like to know if I can take beer and wine in luggage that is checked on the flight. I know you can’t take it on carry-on. Also any tips on getting beer and wine on the cruise ship?

I would like to ship some wine (maybe 6 bottles at most) to Sweden from the US. How do i go about doing that?
The reason for wanting to do so is because i am living in Sweden, but am from Hawaii and i would really like some Hawaii Volcano Wine to treat my friends to.
The Swedish government has a monopoly on wine, spirits and beer over 3.5%, so shipping from one distributor to another will not work.
