My wife and I are traveling to Paris from Feb.19-March 6. We are looking at Versailles for a day, my wife is taking some cooking classes, and we are going to Montmartre. We are also going to drop by the museums and most of the major sites in the city. We are also planning on doing a wine tasting in Paris-am guessing most vineyards are functioning on limited hours when we are there. Am just looking for some unique ideas.

Going to be in Paris then wanting to travel from January 3-8th with my girlfriend. We really want to go to wine country. We love the great food, wine and ambience of the Napa Valley region. What area comes close to that or probably bette than that? Thanks.

So I will be in paris for a couple of days and was wondering if they have some sort of discount pass to see the sites - you know like a all-in-one thing like they have in some American cities -

Also, i would like to bring back some wine and cheese - does anyone know the rules pertaining to this? can I bring back cheese? and how much wine?

Also I will be in France for 6 days - think I can get buy on 0 (i’m not paying for lodging) I’m not going to roll like a high roller - mostly just eating food fromt he vendors - maybe one nice dinner night.

Sorry I’m just kind of nervous - mainly because I don’t know any french!

I'm looking to go sometime in the next year. Flights look cheapest in January, but will it be too cold to enjoy wine country (Bordeaux)? What are the cold temperatures in France? I'm currently fairly open on travel time and am looking for the best combination of inexpensive without being so off-season that it's no fun, but some places are shut down off-season and some are kind of wonderful because you get no crowds and people are happy that you're there when they have no business. We're also looking to visit Paris. Any issues with January there?
