I’ve had half a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for about a month. It is Lambrusco, with a screw-on cap. It was fizzy when I first bought it, and now it has lost its fizzyness but still tastes fine. Is the wine safe to drink?

Ifyou season meat right after buying it keep it a full night and day in the refrigerator, and then freeze it, would it still be good?? it was never previously frozen or tawed, came straight from market, season it with garlic and wine, one day one night in refrigeration and now its in the freezer for two more nights. Will it be good to defrost, inmediately cook an eat in two days???
I was wondering if you have a bottle of red wine at room temperature and you don’t drink it all that day and you are going to have it by the next day, should you put it in the refrigerator or leave it at room temperature. Will it go bad at room temperature?
I had a bottle of chardonnay in my refrigerator for a few weeks. My fridge just broke but I wanted to keep the bottle since it is unopened, will letting it go from chilled to room temperature ruin the wine?
I have to transport wine or champagne (haven’t decided which) this weekend. Its about a 2 hour drive. I am afraid that it will get warm before I can put it in the refrigerator when we get there, is this going to be a problem? Also I plan on packing it tightly but what if it gets shaken up?
i use the stopper and keep it in the refrigerator.

I’m looking at putting a wine cooler on top of the refrig, and they seem to have an average weight of around 100 lbs, plus full wine bottles may push it to 150-200 lbs. Can most refrigerators handle 150-200 sitting on top of them? How solid are the tops of refrigerators?
Sometimes when I come from the wine store I’m so excited to try out my new selection that I don’t want to wait hours for it to chill in the refrigerator.
Ditto for champagne? I know that proper storage is in order for wines and champagnes to maintain their integrity, however, if given alcohol from relatives who decided to ‘clean out’ their stash - there is no way of knowing if any of it is any good until it is actually opened.
If a bad bottle is opened, I know from aroma and taste, you can tell if it’s turned, and granted you wouldn’t want to drink it, but is there a way these can be turned into wine or champagne vinegars?
And at that point, can one make the most of it in a sauce reduction? Or is it a general rule to just toss it. It seems like such a shame if this is the case.
Please advise. Thank you in advance for your answers!
I also want to know - if this IS possible and you can turn it into a wine vinegar, what is the shelf-life of that and do you have to store it in the refrigerator?
I have a bottle of red wine I opened Friday night but I put the cork back in the bottle the best I can and kept it in the refrigerator. How long is red wine good for after you open it?
