So…we are on a budget and wine bottles were free….would it be weird to use a clear wine bottle with labels removed with a single hydrangea in it on wedding reception tables ? (there would also be scattered votives and bottle/vase would be sitting on a centerpiece mirror..
This is purely curiosity due to my own personal health situation… Are guests generally satisfied if a wedding reception offers only beer & wine?
I am allergic to beer & wine so if I have alcohol, I can only have mixed drinks. So for my own wedding I never considered "beer & wine only" to be acceptable because if I am going to serve my guests alcohol, I insisted that there be an option that I could also have (so either no alcohol or full bar).
My wedding took place last year, I am asking from your perspective as a potential guests .. do you find beer & wine only as enough at a wedding?
Our caterer does not provide the alcohal for our wedding reception so we have to purchase it from an outside vendor. We’re going to offer champagne, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. I have the champagne, beer and mixed drinks all figured out but I need wine suggestions. I was thinking of offering 1 red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon), 1 white wine (Pinot Grigio) and maybe one blush/rose wine. Any blush/rose wine suggestions?
My wedding reception site has no bar, but we would like to serve wine and beer. My fiance thinks a plain keg is too "redneck". Any ideas for creating a bar with beer and wine without a bartender? Can we rent a draft machine or something like that? We are having a champagne fountain but we want to offer other options. Thanks for any input!

Elin contracts to buy six cases of vintage fertily valley wine from grapes and vines winery for ,200. the contract states that delivery is to be made and elin’s residence on or before may 1, to be used for daughter’s wedding reception on may 2. On may 1, grapes and vines delivery van is involved in and accident, and no afternoon, just before the reception, grapes and vines tenders delivery of the wine at elin’s residence. elin refuses to tender. grapes and vines sues elin for breach of contract. how is the court most likely to rule?
