Does anyone know where to find a good wine AND cheese tasting journal?? i’m not even sure if they exist, i can only find wine journals. If not, where can I find a good cheese journal? thanks 
My groom to be both work in unpredictable fields with occasional lay offs.
We have cut our guest list down to 35-45 people.
Even doing that, we still cannot afford a lavish reception or even dinner in a restaurant with people eating at least a plate.
Would a wine and cheese reception be acceptable in the proper venu? Of course, it wont last hours and there wont be any dancing.
for the record, we’re asking that in lieu of gifts, they make a donation to their favorite charity. I hope that makes a difference, we don’t want to appear selfish.
I want to do a wine and cheese pairing; which 3 cheeses would pair best together - Gruyere, Gouda, Brick, Drunken Goat, Robiola Bosina. And what order would they be placed in on the board. What wines would go best with them.
I’d like to break free from this dairy sh*t again, but wine and cheese is the hook.

I’m throwing a wine and cheese themed couples shower. Anyone here done that before and have suggestions?
My girlfriend and I got invited to a wine and cheese party tomorrow. I know virtually nothing about wine or cheese. Any suggestions on what to bring??
So my friend’s b/day is coming up and we wanted to take her somewhere nice she like Classical music and were looking for a place that plays piano or a classical band and serves wine and cheese.. But here is the thing we live in Raleigh NC Not NYC soo does anyone know of a place ?
i would like to get a group of couples together and hold a wine and cheese party i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how to go about doing this or some of the cheese or other types of food i can include i had heard somewhere that someone can come and talk about the different wines etc any suggestions would help as far as decorations or how many couples to invite themes etc thank you.
also does anyone have an idea how much it might cost??
