For mothers day i wanted to get my mom a wine cooler refrigerator or whatever you call it. Personally i know nothing about wine. I want to ask about which is the best all around value for under 150$.

Before you tell me that’s a big no no, you need to know that i made this wine in 2 weeks from welch’s grape juice and it is stored in the original welch’s grape juice containers. its not like this a fine wine or anything close. im just wondering if the fridge will completely ruin the taste because a wine cooler is absolutely out of budget.
no tony. actually you just dont know what youre talking about. I did a lot of research and read 2 books. I feel pretty comfortable about not poisoning myself. thanks for your concern though.

I’m looking at putting a wine cooler on top of the refrig, and they seem to have an average weight of around 100 lbs, plus full wine bottles may push it to 150-200 lbs. Can most refrigerators handle 150-200 sitting on top of them? How solid are the tops of refrigerators?
I have just gotten into the wine scene and I have accumulated quite a nice collection. I know that it is best to store the bottles either upside down or on their side. My question is where can I find a reasonably priced wine cooler or wine rack. I would prefer to buy locally so that I don’t have to pay the outrageous shipping costs. I have always wondered why if Red wine is suppose to be used in room temp why they are in a wine cooler. I am usually a red wine drinker. I was just curious about a wine cooler/refrigerator. Does it enhance the flavor?
I am redoing my kitchen and I’d like to get new stainless steel appliances. Two sided fridge, dishwaser, wall mounted oven, counter top range, mounted microwave and a wine cooler.
