What cheese goes with with an australian pinot noir wine?/?
I have bought a bottle of Little Penguin Pinot Noir, which is an Australian Red Wine…what cheese would pair well?

I’d say try a nice strong dry hard cheese (agend manchego type) or a gorgonzola style blue cheese.

Pinot Noir is very middle of the road. Would go nicely with almost anything. Try a brie/camanbert and a blue of some kind.
