Jeans and a nice top. Don’t wear high heels because you will be doing a lot of standing. Think casual Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, J.Crew, etc.
Casual, elegant…..and be prepared to buy.
Something casual and comfy, nothing to dressy. Always dress for wine tasting according to the weather too- last time I went wine tasting in Napa was during summer and it was quite hot. Same thing here in Livermore- I went last summer and it was 102- so people were in tanks and shorts etc. I wouldn’t go in sweatpants though. Have fun!
classic wear is always the best…this also depends on the weather…a great sweater (classic look) with appropriate jeans is appropriate ..(i’ve been to several) a leather blazor always can add a dash of dazzle to any outfit…have fun (i love it)
Something comfortable and yet nice- a step up from what you’d wear at home on a Sunday and a step down from formal workplace wear. Also, I would suggest that you do not wear white. I work with wine and have had to eliminate white and off-white from my wardrobe!
A wine tasting is more a shopping trip than a social event. But, even so, it never hurts to look decent.
Casual, first class would be best especially if you are visiting one of the invitation only wineries. The wineries are very well appointed in general so proper attire seems mandatory. There are ways to dress to look well dressed and comfortable for a day of wine tasting.
Definitely something comfortable because you might do some walking. Absolutely no formal stuff there. I’ve been there countless times and I’ve seen people only in comfortable casual attires.
